Ford Athletic Swim & Triathlon Club (FAST): Focused on swimming and triathlons, this club helps both beginners and high-level athletes reach their goals through organized workouts, clinics, presentations, coached competitive swimming workouts (winter), open water swims (summer), group road cycling, run workouts, and social hikes and gatherings. FAST membership also provides discounts to local partners for merchandise and race sign-ups. FAST hosts a Masters Swim Meet in February and a sprint triathlon in July. The group helps their members to reach their goals whether it is for improved swimming, overall physical conditioning, doing their first triathlon, or accomplishing that long course triathlon.

The Fermentals are in their 30th year of service. The F.O.R.D. Homebrew club is dedicated to the understanding and appreciation of fermented beverages including ales, lagers, meads, ciders, wines, kombucha and sake. We provide training to new and experienced brewers needed to brew high quality beers of all styles. The club holds competitions, judging submissions based on nationally recognized standards. Feedback from the judges enables the brewers to improve their techniques and recipes. Meetings occur the 4th Wednesday of each month alternating between Dearborn Brewing (21930 Michigan Ave, Dearborn, MI 48124) and Downey Brewing (13121 Prospect St, Dearborn, MI 48126), local craft breweries. November and December meetings occur 1 to 2 weeks earlier to drive the highest attendance possible. The Ford Employee Volleyball Association (FEVA) is a Ford Employee Recreation Association Activity Club (FERA). The Ford Employee Recreation Association was established in 1947 for the purpose of developing fellowship and understanding among the Michigan employees of Ford Motor Company through the promotion of social, physical, cultural and special programs. The Ford Employee Volleyball Association runs a volleyball league that is played on Tuesday nights at the Beechwood facility for the 2006-2007 season. The game times will be 6:30pm, 7:30pm and 8:30pm. The league has three divisions: A, B, and C with A being the most competitive. All three divisions are governed by USAVB rules. Currently, there are opportunities for whole teams to join the league, as well as opportunities on an individual basis. The Ford Motorcycle Club is a group of motorcyclists interested in supporting and encouraging safe and enjoyable motorcycling through regular organised rides and events, rider training courses, sharing motorcycle-related information & rider experiences, and portraying motorcyclists as responsible users of the road. We typically ride from April through October. Depending on the route, our weekly rides usually begin by meeting between 5:45 - 6:15 pm at the Grand Traverse Pie Company in Plymouth. The specific location and ride details for any given week can be found at fordmotorcycleclub.org/calendar. After a brief announcement from the ride leader about general safety reminders and where we’re going, we line up in staggered formation and depart for a 60-90 minute group ride. We always take the fun way because for us, the journey is the destination. We welcome anyone to the general membership whether you are associated with Ford Motor Company or just have a love of the products. We strive to provide an environment where anyone of any age can come and enjoy Motorsports with like minded people. Our events range from drag racing, karting, autocross, car shows, road rallies and whatever else our members enjoy. Regular meetings will be held during the months when we do not have events planned. The TANGO paintball club open to ALL experience levels. The games we play are designed around the new players. The experienced players are there to help you if you’ve never played before. The TANGO Paintball Club is a FERA club since 1996 that is made up of paintballers from Ford Motor Company, Visteon Corporation, plus a ton-o-folks from other companies and their friends. We play all of our rec-games (recreational games) on Saturdays at No Limits Extreme Action Paintball in Taylor. Note: There is also plenty of opportunity to play in some special scenario type games.
